Blastocyst Embryo Transfer Treatment Procedure

A blastocyst is an embryo growing in a laboratory for five days following insemination before being transferred to the mother. Blastocysts are characterized by a substantial central chamber filled with fluid and by the presence of two distinct cell types.

The inner cell mass is a collection of cells located in the center of the blastocyst that we will eventually present rise to the fetus after implantation. Cells on the exterior of a blastocyst that form a single layer of cells

What are the advantages of blastocyst culture?

  • The human body is the ideal incubator for human embryos. Still, if there are multiple embryos to pick from on day 3, we know that not all of them will survive to day 5, regardless of whether they are in the laboratory or the womb, so we must choose carefully. In addition, by allowing embryos to remain in the laboratory for an additional two days, the potential of transferring an (appearing-healthy) embryo on day three that would naturally perish before day five is eliminated. As a result, it increases the likelihood of successfully moving a source, which will result in a successful pregnancy and birth.
  • The selection between a day three or a day five embryo transfer will be based on the specific conditions at the time of transfer. The embryologist will have a thorough discussion with the patient about this. We believe it is appropriate to proceed today five whenever possible, and we do not believe that financial considerations should be considered while making this decision. As a result, beginning in the summer of 2017, Concept Best Ivf Centre in Delhi does not charge for blastocyst cultivation and transfer.

Blastocyst embryo transfer – treatment procedure

  • IVF embryos are often transferred on the second or third day following egg retrieval when they are between the stages of four and eight cells. To be ready for implantation into the uterine wall, the IVF embryos need to continue to grow for two or three more days to reach the blastocyst transfer stage (100-150 cells), which takes two or three more days (endometrium).
  • Blastocysts may have a more significant chance of implanting into the uterine wall than embryos at an earlier stage of development. Many seeds cease growing between the four and eight-cell stage, most often due to an underlying issue in the source. As a result, fewer embryos will be able to develop into the blastocyst stage. Likely, seeds that make it to this stage are more developmentally competent than embryos still in the early stages.
  • The possible improvement in infertility that this form of treatment may provide relies on the woman's age, diagnosis, and partner's initial semen analysis. All of these should be reviewed with our doctor before beginning treatment.

Achieving Pregnancy

A lot of people benefit from the Suggestion Center. The treatment of blastocyst culture is being provided to couples who have had unsuccessful attempts with IVF package in Delhi or IVF-ICSI despite having several good-quality eggs harvested from a surrogacy facility as an alternative to IVF or IVF/ ICSI.
